Already a huge success story, Vanquis needed to fill a variety of specialist and operational roles to allow them to continue growing at the same pace. After talking to employees, holding focus groups, and building an understanding of what makes Vanquis tick, our solution was an employer brand that challenged all preconceptions and brought the entire story to life. Our 'Now we're talking' concept underpinned a brand new careers website with interactive cards, videos, quotes, community stories and more that can all be tailored to relevant teams and locations - delivering a massively improved candidate experience.
With 3,000 applications in just 4 months, including a 40% increase in the number of applications from candidates outside of the contact centre industry and a 20% increase in the number of women in the contact centre, it's safe to say this challenger brand is really living up to that name.
