What brought you to employer branding?
I joined Chatter in 2018 shortly after graduating from the University of Leeds with a Theatre and Performance degree. This obviously came with a big chunk of research and writing, but also included arts marketing, event planning and advertising, which is what I enjoyed the most and took me into my career.
Tell us about a project that you feel proud of.
Oooooh this is a hard one! O2 Network Engagement. We worked closely with the team at O2 and their brand team to help create a style and narrative that worked across the business internally and externally. There were loads of different elements that we needed to consider (videos, intranet assets, presentations and infographics). The client saw massive improvements in their engagement stats internally and we've had some fab comments from external audiences too!
If you had to sum Chatter up in three words what would they be?
Caring.. Fun.. Outgoing..
When you’re not working, what gets you out of bed on a weekend?
Our little Lhasa Apso Elsie is like my shadow! We spend loads of time out walking, playing fetch and trying to train her to do more tricks! I’m also a freelance dance teacher with (L.IDTA) and teach across Leeds and Wakefield on evenings and weekends. I’m always up for days out with family and friends to new places (Elsie obviously comes along too!)
