The Great Resignation, talent shortages, huge volumes of recruitment activity. These are challenge's we're all familiar with in the wake of the last 18 months. There's never been a more critical time to leverage your employer brand and understand how it could make all the difference when it comes to hiring the very best talent.Continue reading
What brought you to employer branding?
I come from an event management background. I studied events at Leeds Met before moving down London to immerse myself in the events world. Now back in wonderful Yorkshire, I have moved into the employer branding sector. I bring with me plenty of experience working in a fast paced environment, along with top notch organisation skills, and the ambition to learn everything there is to know about employer branding!
Tell us about a project that you feel proud of.
As a Chatter newbie I haven't actually worked on a project from end to end yet, but I'm very excited to get stuck in and help make a difference to our clients!
If you had to sum Chatter up in three words what would they be?
Friendly.. Motivated.. Efficient. (I was going to go with 'Get. Shit. Done.' but that's probably not appropriate haha).
When you’re not working, what gets you out of bed on a weekend?
When I'm not working I like to go to gigs and music festivals. I really enjoy country walks, especially when there's a doggo or two to keep me company! I'm really into psychology, so I love a good documentary or book around that topic. I can also often be found at the pub with some friends having a few vinos!

More from the team
My road to Chatter began right after University. I didn’t much fancy the idea of getting a proper job, so the next best option was to write about other people’s.
My role is increasingly focused on the services we offer to our clients and the way we build and structure our teams to continue to deliver exceptional service.
