The Great Resignation, talent shortages, huge volumes of recruitment activity. These are challenge's we're all familiar with in the wake of the last 18 months. What brought you to employer branding?
Originally from Surrey, I'm now a Yorkshire lass. I joined Chatter in 2015 as a Digital Marketing Apprentice. It was the perfect opportunity to develop the type of skills I needed to be successful in the industry, and gain experience in the world of work. Fast-forward to today, I've had the opportunity to work with a bunch of our amazing clients and to work across a variety of employer brand projects.
Tell us about a project that you feel proud of.
That's a tricky one! But I'd say one of my favourite projects was the Five Guys Values & Onboarding; we produced a series of videos down in London featuring their CEO, bringing to life their values and what it's like to work within a Five Guys restaurant. It was such an insightful experience, to understand the Five Guys culture and recognise the effort & hard work that each employee puts in each day. It was so fun to work alongside one of our video producers too, in such a busy restaurant, with a constant buzz. The lovely team at Five Guys even provided lunch, winner!
If you had to sum Chatter up in three words what would they be?
Passionate. Caring. Genuine.
When you’re not working, what gets you out of bed on a weekend?
As many of the Chatterinos will tell you, I'm actually a 60-year-old woman at heart as I do love a cosy night in and an episode or two of Vera. But what gets me out of my PJs? I love to spend as much time as I can with friends and family; an ideal weekend involves a long walk in the countryside (with a pub at the end!)

In the time I've been with Chatter I've worked with some amazing clients like O2, FirstGroup, ITV and Shop Direct.
I fell into recruitment communications over 25 years ago after a spell in a full service agency. And I loved it!
