We’re on the look out for a super organised person to get involved and support on all kinds of Sales and Marketing projects as part of a small team.

Job Description

Supporting the Managing Director and other members of the client service team, you’ll help to coordinate our marketing activities across social media, events and new business pitches. Keeping everything ticking along smoothly, you’ll muck in and do more than your fair share of admin, you’ll roll your sleeves up and support projects of all shapes and sizes, helping us to produce content, keep our tender library in order, manage diaries, website updates, marketing campaigns and more besides. 

In fact, you’ll find yourself doing all sorts of interesting things. Things are fun and informal here (even as we work virtually), but we’re so passionate about what we do and how we do it – we can be pretty demanding too.

It can also get very busy at times, as projects, like buses, have a habit of all arriving at the same time. So, you’ll need to be well organised and calm under pressure with the ability to go from chatting to a potential client or partner to proofreading a proposal in the blink of an eye. We’re big on development (in an on-the-job kinda way), but we’ll also expect you to show plenty of initiative. Not to mention some creative flair and a commitment to getting to know our team and clients.


You don’t need experience of working in advertising or communications (it’d be nice but not a deal breaker) but you do need to be really structured, organised and work at pace. You’ll also be comfortable chatting to people on video chat, email and on the phone. You’ll be honest, direct, hardworking and sociable. They are our values, so it will be handy if you live and breathe them.

You should also be able to get to grips with a Mac, it’s our tool of choice alongside lots of cloud based applications like Google Drive. Now is a great time to join our team as we celebrate our 10th birthday and are gathering some real momentum with big ambitions to grow.
