What brought you to employer branding?
I came via events and there’s a lot of cross over as it’s all about keeping colleagues informed, happy and engaged. I like that at Chatter we look after the whole employee journey so there’s a great range of projects to work on.
Tell us about a project that you feel proud of.
I’m proud of how I’ve got to grips with a lot of new, exciting brands and some different skills in my time here so far.
If you had to sum Chatter up in three words what would they be?
Friendly. Expert. Creative.
When you’re not working, what gets you out of bed on a weekend?
The first thing that comes to mind is spending some chilled time with my children, it’s great to not have to do the school run! I also love to get up and out for a run, but not too early! My weekends are always soundtracked by music, I like to play, listen and go to gigs. Plus I like to take the extra time to make some nice food, usually a veggie curry.
