Where we started
Moonbug Entertainment is a British children’s media company with popular shows such as Cocomelon and Blippi which any parent with children under 5 will recognise. With an extensive collection of policies and important employee information, it was time to find a more engaging and effective solution to house everything.
What we did
We created a digital one-stop-shop guide to working at Moonbug. With the number of people working remotely nearly quadrupling, it made sense to create a digital-first solution to provide the Moonbug employees with everything they'd ever need to know about working there.
And so our user-friendly, accessible, and interactive digital handbook was born. So no matter where their employees are or what device they have to hand they can find information on any working policies, benefits, and more at their fingertips.
What we achieved
Compiling every inch of information that employees may need whilst working at Moonbug, peppered with brand design elements and characters from the many shows they create and distribute helped to make the handbook feel more ownable and, well Moonbug.
