How did we help O2 create a dream team of 50 for a brand new concept store?

O2 asked us to recruit over 50 talented teammates in Manchester and London to help them pioneer a new high street experience. They wanted to create two cutting edge concept stores where you could pop in, hang out, play with kit and have a chat - and they needed a new breed of candidate to help them bring it to life.
We developed a creative campaign based around ‘Different Someone’. It included online assessments, video interviews, pop up stores, experience zones and themed gift boxes. It finished with a fun, engaging and interactive training experience that combined the Apprentice with Dragon’s Den.
We created a genuine dream team of ‘different someones’. A key part of our brief was to deliver the best candidate experience, which would then translate into the best customer experience. The client agreed we more than met that challenge.
