For over 15 years, I’ve been working to help brands connect with their audiences, in everything from retail to property. I also really care about people, so it was only natural to end up somewhere where a brand has such a direct and emotional impact on its audience from the moment they come into contact with it. It’s also a really exciting time in the people sector, as businesses and organisations start to recognise the value of employee experience and its link to brand performance. 

I’m looking forward to working with the great team here at Chatter to help our clients unlock the equity in their brand and find new and innovative ways to use the essence of their brand to attract and retain the best talent in their industry, at a very critical and defining time. We spend a lot of our time at work and it’s important that our experience is a good one and worth it.

Recruitment has been a big project that I've been leading on this year. We've taken the Chatter headcount to 30 - a 50% increase since the start of 2022 and it's been no mean feat in a competitive candidate market. We've got a great team with a hugely diverse range of experience and I'm very excited about the year ahead!

If it’s not my 18-month old little boy (highly unlikely!) then sunshine and blue skies - an absolute joy! Also totally obsessed with culture and the utter beauty of human achievement when we get it right - whether it’s a brilliant character in a tv series, a perfectly shot and cast film or a stunning piece of architecture to a feat of engineering(!) - there’s no stopping us when we find our calling.
