I'm Tom, and I head up client growth at Chatter. Having gone to uni and lived in Leeds for 8 years, I'm now based down south in Kent.
What brought you to employer branding?
This is my third go around with Chatter! I originally joined the team after an incredibly unsuccessful year as a Big Four auditor, so like everyone else it seems I fell into employer branding by accident.
Tell us about a project that you feel proud of.
It's exciting to rejoin the team at what feels like an important time for employer branding and people engagement as a whole. Whether it's economic conditions or changing technology, it feels like we're all drowning in change, transformation and more information. So having a really clear, purposeful direction for cultures and brands can make a real difference to a client. That's what I'm excited about.
If you had to sum Chatter up in three words what would they be?
Evolving. Creative. Home.
When you’re not working, what gets you out of bed on a weekend?
Normally the thing that gets me out the bed on a weekend is a crying toddler at 6:30am who wants her milk. After that, it's normally Parkrun on a Saturday, or getting out for a long walk and good coffee on a Sunday (wow, that all sounds like a bad dating profile, doesn't it?!).
