Joining Chatter off the back of two years of travel and working abroad. Looking to settle back into life in my favourite city, Leeds (mainly for the football team!).
What brought you to employer branding?
My aim when returning home was to go back into a creative agency environment, with like-minded people and I have always enjoyed working in smaller, tight-knit teams. Employer branding is definitely something I’m new to, but I’m already enjoying putting a people first slant on things that I am passionate about.
Tell us about a project that you feel proud of.
I’m very much looking forward to what will come of the Nissan project, as I’m a bit of a petrol-head and feel like their drive for Apprenticeships is very exciting and something that’s becoming more and more prevalent again.
If you had to sum Chatter up in three words what would they be?
Exciting. Friendly. Passionate.
When you’re not working, what gets you out of bed on a weekend?
Brunch and coffee is my main obsession, which is heavily influenced by living in Melbourne for a year. Also, I need regular exercise to keep me sane, especially with the nature of our work, but mainly because I enjoy receiving kudos from my friends on Strava!
