Everyday is different in my role! One day I could be web designing and the next video editing, that's why I love what I do.
What brought you to employer branding?
I've had a diverse career up to this point - from pot washing, to pastry cheffing, to metal fabrication, and now designing - which has allowed me to gain invaluable experience and insight into a number of industries and people from all walks of life. This allows me to apply this knowledge to fully extract the most potential from people communication and employer branding.
Tell us about a project that you feel proud of.
There have been a number of amazing projects going through the business such as Burger King, McLaren, and YBS but I would have to say I am most proud of the work we've done for Hachette as I've been able to oversee the entire creative process from ideation to execution.
If you had to sum Chatter up in three words what would they be?
Family. Diligent. Innovative.
When you’re not working, what gets you out of bed on a weekend?
On the weekend you'll see me traveling around the UK on my motorbike or catching up with friends, that is if the F1 isn't on which takes priority of course!
