Awards, fresh website launches, flights and football fever. We’ve been busy in June, and we couldn’t be more excited for what the rest of summer’s got in store for us.
The team headed down to London this month for the The Talent Labs awards. We were absolutely buzzing to have taken home the award for Best Careers Website for our work with Morrisons. And with it now being a multiaward-winning site, we had all the more reason to celebrate!

It’s been another month of website launches, with Booksy’s new careers site going live! We worked closely with the Booksy team to develop their EVP and employer brand, and it is so exciting to see it now living and breathing across the new careers site. There’s always a lot of talk about Employer Brands needing to be bold, authentic, and distinctive - but rarely does the end product truly tick all three boxes like this. We brought the brand to life through their own people, who have already been taking to their socials to share what it means to #bebooksy.

Capturing the heart of the park ��
A while back you might have seen our Chatterinos enjoying what looked like a summer away day at a Parkdean Resorts, but they were in fact actually working away on a pretty special video showcasing the people who work there, who are the heart of the park..

Lisa Pearson and Naomi Booth Wade flew to Porto this month to visit our friends at Blip.pt. They ran a series of focus groups with leaders, managers, and individual contributors to co-create the "Blip DNA." This new behavioural framework is designed to drive performance, align culture, and protect Blip's unique identity as they continue to scale. And yes, they absolutely made time to fall in love with a pastel de nata (or two) between sessions!
Despite a record heatwave this month, that didn’t stop our runners hitting the tarmac and building up a sweat as they wracked up 374KM in training miles. Madness or commitment? We’ll let you decide.
Big kudos to Kris who smashed it this month with 75.4KM covered and to Rich who tag-teamed with Kris for a lunchtime run along the canal on a 30+C day. Thank goodness for the office showers.

Lisa Pearson's very own Vixens team who we've been proudly sponsoring for the last 3 years have been out in force over the last month. All three teams have been playing league games and attending tournaments across the north. And we're super proud that the A team only went and qualified for the Nationals in Leicester on 18th July. Like many workplaces across the country, our office is officially caught up in World Cup fever. With a sweepstake underway, everyone’s got something to lose (£2 to be exact).
