What brought you to employer branding?
I’m a Front End Web Developer who started out freelancing working on various types of projects, ranging from e-commerce to single page apps. I have a big interest in accessibility on the web and believe it’s an important, but underappreciated step to the process of building websites. I think the web should be as inclusive as possible and is something I've started thinking about a lot and have been putting in extra effort to ensure the work we produce is accessible to all users.
Tell us about a project that you feel proud of.
I’d have to say my favourite project so far would be ITV. While I wasn’t part of the project from the beginning, I was tasked with making changes to the site and helping improve accessibility which came with a few challenges of its own. However it's always very rewarding getting positive feedback from clients who are happy with things you've worked on.
If you had to sum Chatter up in three words what would they be?
Fun.. Honest.. Rewarding..
When you’re not working, what gets you out of bed on a weekend?
At the weekend I’m either watching F1, playing video games or coding! I’m into software/game related programming as a hobby and I'm always looking to try and learn something new.
