What brought you to employer branding?
Having a creative background, I wanted to work in that world again, but being in employer brand was a happy accident. I love the variety of industries we get to work with and every project is different. Being seen by clients as an extension of their team is the greatest compliment as you know that you're trusted and valued.
Tell us about a project that you feel proud of.
I'm super excited to be working with Skipton Building Society - a great business with lots of opportunity.
If you had to sum Chatter up in three words what would they be?
Warm. Positive. Dedicated.
When you’re not working, what gets you out of bed on a weekend?
Our dog. For an animal that sleeps so much, it's ironic that he has no concept of a lie-in on the weekend.
