I love seeing people develop and succeed in their careers, so to be working with clients on really highlighting their offer and attracting the right talent is a no-brainer!
What brought you to employer branding?
I took redundancy after 14 years at the University of Leeds, in a variety of roles, and felt like it was 'now or never' to try my hand at agency work! My background is in admin, PA and event management work, with a dash of marketing and communications, so being an Account Executive at Chatter works perfectly for me, as I get to try a bit of everything!
I love seeing people develop and succeed in their careers, its incredibly rewarding, so to be working with clients on really highlighting their offer and attracting the right talent is a no-brainer!
Tell us about a project that you feel proud of.
I am the newest Chatterino so I haven't had much in-depth involvement in projects yet, however I have a bit of a soft spot for the recent work we did with Burger King for their recruitment toolkits, I just think they look EPIC, and its really exciting when you see them up in the restaurants.
If you had to sum Chatter up in three words what would they be?
Fun. Friendly. Dog-crazy.
When you’re not working, what gets you out of bed on a weekend?
I have a 2 year old Labrador Penny who gets us out of bed at slightly unreasonable times on a weekend! Other than that I love to bake, go to the gym (to work off the cakes), take long walks in the Dales, and continue my quest for the best Sunday roast in Leeds...
