What brought you to employer branding?
Before I started at Chatter I had just graduated from university with a first-class degree in Fashion Journalism, and an enthusiasm to dive into the world of marketing. I'd worked in an abundance of industries and roles previously and I wanted something fresh to kick off my career. I stumbled across Chatter and was introduced to the world of employer branding. Now a year later I've been running all our marketing efforts from social media to email campaigns, and I'm also dabbling in digital project management.
It's been a fabulous year so far and I can't wait to continue growing and learning at Chatter, and diving deeper into the world of employer branding.
Tell us about a project that you feel proud of.
I have absolutely adored working on our AccomplisHERs marketing campaign, speaking to such inspiring people from many walks of life and producing some amazing pieces of content from that. I'm proud of how the campaign has done so far (especially with a commendation from Rachel Reeves Shadow Chancellor), and I'm excited to further develop AccomplisHERs and speak with more amazing people in the process.
If you had to sum Chatter up in three words what would they be?
Supportive.. Innovative.. Hardworking..
When you’re not working, what gets you out of bed on a weekend?
I love to sit in my garden on a nice day drinking a coffee and reading a book, or writing with my two french bulldogs sat at my feet.
