What brought you to employer branding?

My background is in recruitment! I have worked in the public and private sector and know all aspects of the recruitment world. After lockdown, I went back to University to study for a Masters in Marketing and Advertising which ultimately brought me to Chatter! I know the struggles of being an employer and can appreciate the importance of what Chatter offers to their clients and the benefits of great employer branding. I love working with people and look forward to all the exciting projects I can be a part of with the Chatter team!
 

Tell us about a project that you feel proud of.

I am a newbie and still learning about all of Chatter’s clients and projects so I wouldn’t be able to say just yet! However, the diversity of projects and clients alone is very exciting so I am very much looking forward to getting involved in any project my team is working on!
 

If you had to sum Chatter up in three words what would they be?

Charismatic. Friendly. Hardworking.

When you’re not working, what gets you out of bed on a weekend?

Our kitten literally gets me out of bed in the morning at 4am, 5am, 6am and so on! I am a big foodie so any opportunity to go out for a nice meal with family and friends really brings me joy. Although I love to be social, there is a very big place in my heart for a quiet night in with a takeaway, a good TV series and a lap dog/cat for company.
