After career-changing from primary teaching to web development, I was on the lookout for a creative role that brought fresh challenges each day—employer branding turned out to be the perfect match. Making people matter has always been my passion, so blending the storytelling of marketing with the human focus of employer branding strikes the perfect balance for me—it’s a career where I can make a real impact on people while also having fun bringing ideas to life.

We've been working with a local school to create a bespoke version of our award-winning CV chatbot, designed to help students with special educational needs to build their first CV. It's been wonderful to see the impact it’s having and to collaborate with the students on ways to make it even better. I can’t wait to keep developing the project!

I'm a real music lover so I usually have a gig or two in the calendar - if Taylor Swift, McFly or Busted are in the area, I'll be there, if not, I'll be in Popworld! When I'm not enjoying my music, you'll usually find me following Arsenal, catching up with Eastenders or spending time with family and friends. I especially enjoy hanging out with my younger brother, Ben, who has special needs and is my biggest inspiration.
