After 8 years of being a primary school teacher and school leader, I retrained as a web developer - quite the jump! Although I didn't know much about employer branding prior to coming across Chatter, the role here has been a perfect fit - it's really exciting to be able to begin my developer journey whilst also continuing my passion for supporting other people to succeed. I am passionate about accessibility and bring with me lots of experience in tailoring solutions that are accessible to a range of ages, abilities and backgrounds, which I'm hoping will be a useful skill when coming up with creative digital content. 

I'm really excited by the prospect of working on the huge range of creative digital projects that Chatter has to offer, where no two jobs are the same and there's so much to learn! I'm looking forward to finding out how to develop things like chatbots and learning more about how to make enhanced job description pages that really stand out from the crowd.

I'm a real music lover so I usually have a gig or two in the calendar - if Taylor Swift, McFly or Busted are in the area, I'll be there, if not, I'll be in Popworld! When I'm not enjoying my music, you'll usually find me following Arsenal, catching up with Eastenders or spending time with family and friends. I especially enjoy hanging out with my younger brother, Ben, who has special needs and is my biggest inspiration.
