What brought you to employer branding?

I come from a digital and retail marketing background with specific experience in media planning, managing social channels and tracking consumer trends. I'm a people person with a love for building great working relationships and bringing ideas to life! So I'm hoping to use my marketing and communications experience to help deliver exciting and successful campaigns within the employer branding sector!
 

Tell us about a project that you feel proud of.

I'm still a Chatter newbie so haven't yet overseen a project end-to-end, but it's been really interesting getting involved with ITV to drive their apprenticeships by creating insightful case studies with their employees and bringing to life the ITV culture and development opportunities. Looking forward to getting stuck in!

Exciting. Talented. Friendly.

When you’re not working, what gets you out of bed on a weekend?

Other than my cat meowing away at my bedroom door, it's a good hike in the countryside! I love being active, whether that's a long walk in the sunshine or dancing the night away with friends. I'm also a massive foodie, and despite being Italian, I'm a sucker for a full English breakfast or Sunday roast!
