What brought you to employer branding?
I come from a Business Psychology background - so I have knowledge on what makes businesses thrive from a people perspective - whether that be on an individual, team, or organisational level. How to help businesses change for the better by utilising robust research and evaluating the effectiveness. So I'll be able to transfer that knowledge into client challenges and use research skills to evaluate and pull out insights
Tell us about a project that you feel proud of.
I’m excited to collaborate, get an in-depth understanding of clients and their real-world challenges, help them discover new insights that hopefully make a big difference
If you had to sum Chatter up in three words what would they be?
Friendly. Hardworking. Innovative .
When you’re not working, what gets you out of bed on a weekend?
Getting outdoors, working out, seeing family/friends.
