I am a graphic designer that brings the Norwegian perspective to the team. I thrive on the creative challenges my role offers, and love that no two days are ever the same.
What brought you to employer branding?
I’ve always loved design, but finding employer branding was a game-changer for me! I like the people-centred side of the field—using creative strategy to connect amazing candidates with their perfect roles.
Tell us about a project that you feel proud of.
My favourite projects so far have been the Asda candidate booklets and personalisation work! It was a brilliant challenge to dive into such an iconic brand and figure out how to translate their company values into visuals that truly resonate with future talent.
If you had to sum Chatter up in three words what would they be?
Fun. Collaborative. Creative.
When you’re not working, what gets you out of bed on a weekend?
In my free time, I love watching movies (especially at the cinema!) or heading outdoors for long walks. I’m at my happiest spending time with friends and tracking down the very best matcha spots Leeds has to offer.
