I head up the Digital team at Chatter, taking responsibility for the websites, apps, and digital experiences we create.
I've known Jon, Paul and Lisa since they founded chatter and was always impressed with the work Chatter produced. After 8 years building a development team at a leading executive recruiter (where we built our own sophisticated ATS and assessment platforms) I was looking for a change and the stars aligned with Chatter looking to build an in-house digital team!
I've had quite a varied career in web development - I built one of the UKs first online university prospectuses 20 years ago, worked in e-commerce building stores for The Guardian and Classic FM, and freelanced creating experiential things for PR agencies (like the worlds first true dog selfie camera used at Crufts -- it used pressure sensors so the dog took its own photo).
I really like the work we've done on the ITV careers website with accessibility, working closely with The Shaw Trust and ITV's own accessibility team to better understand accessibility issues and improve the website - increased knowledge that we'll be using on all our future websites too.
Creative. Honest. Innovative.
