The first Chatter "egg", I started my first real job back in 2013. I'd like to think I've learnt a bit along the way.

During my time at Chatter I’ve thrown myself into a raft of different projects for a fair number of our clients, but now I manage all of our projects that have a digital slant as an internal resource for the client team. I work closely with our developers and designers to scope and ensure everything runs smoothly to deadline and budget. 

I’m passionate about user experience so I always try to put myself in the shoes of our end user to try and make what we do as good as it can be. And of course, meeting deadlines. I’m pretty obsessive about deadlines.

I think it would have to be my first ever website build project for the guys at Nobia (careers.nobiauk.com). They’re such a great team to work with and it gave me a buzz to guide things from pitch right through to go live and beyond. 

Passionate. Fun. Determined.

I’m known to get a good 11 hours’ sleep on weekends BUT when I’m not sleeping I try to catch the odd Ipswich game, get to a decent gig and have a couple of pints.
