A new breed of people communications business, we’re a friendly, straight-talking bunch of communications experts who blend highly creative ideas with good old-fashioned client service. So, if you’re a talented Account Manager who’ll share our passion for what we do and the way we do it – you’ll fit right in at Chatter.

Supporting our three founding partners, you’ll provide our fab clients with a brilliant experience day in, day out. As well as keeping the wheels turning dealing with day-to-day requests, you’ll roll your sleeves up and get stuck into all kinds of projects from planning media campaigns, organising events and managing social media strategies, to launching new HR initiatives and creating shiny new careers websites. Put simply, your role will be to apply the very best marketing and communications solutions, so some of the biggest brands around can continue to attract, recruit, engage with and keep hold of the very best talent.

No stranger to the world of marketing, recruitment, resourcing or HR consultancy, you’ll work as of a client team supporting the Client Partners and working alongside a talented team of Account Execs. They’ve got bags of potential and it will be up to you to help them realise it by managing, inspiring and guiding them every step of the way. You’ll also get to know our Flock as well as we do. They are a group of creative specialists who we draw upon to deliver award-winning work on time, to budget and beyond expectations. As you’ll soon discover, we like to do things a bit differently around here.

We’re looking for someone who is honest, direct, hardworking and sociable. They are our values, so it will be pretty handy if you live and breathe them. A charming, vibrant personality would be good too, as you need to get to know our clients in no time at all and quickly get a grasp of their needs and challenges. Uncompromising when it comes to quality, making our clients happy by managing their employer reputation should put a smile on your face. And as things can get pretty busy, you must be able to juggle different priorities under pressure and make sure we always deliver what we promise.
