We’re a people communications business who believe that people come first but with a big side helping of insight to prove what we do works. We’re a friendly, straight-talking bunch of experts. We blend creative ideas with good old-fashioned client service to put smiles on the faces of our big name clients.
We’re also a pretty exciting place to be right now. We’re winning clients quicker than ever so there’s lots going on. Which is why we’re looking for an efficient, accurate, and experienced Creative Artworker to bring even more capacity to our super busy creative team in a very different kind of comms agency.
But enough about us. Let’s talk about you.
Job Description
You might be ready to leave your first industry job and take on even bigger clients. Or, you might already have a few years working in an agency under your belt.
Either way, crafting impeccable artwork is what makes you tick. You can translate creative ideas and interpret brand guidelines quickly and accurately, and you’ve got the creative knowledge and attention to detail to adapt them to multiple outputs. You can juggle more than one job at a time within a lively production schedule. And you can easily switch your mindset from one project to the next where requirements, style, tone and more can be very different.
If you’re wondering who you’ll do it for… well… we’ll let you into a little secret: very few agencies of our size can boast a client list full of household names like we can.
So, you’ll spend your time rolling out collateral for a roster of big name brands like ASDA, Morrisons, Virgin Media O2, McLaren Racing, Nestle, and a whole lot more. You’ll help create everything from integrated multi-channel campaigns, to 96 sheet posters, ads, brochures, social media posts, video, webpages, all kinds of merch, and everything in between.
And, as part of a growing creative and digital team of copywriters, designers, art directors, and developers, you’ll find yourself immersed in a fast paced, friendly, fun and laid back workplace that’s the envy of our sector.
Qualifications
Like we said, we’re super busy so we’ll expect you to really know your stuff. You should already know your way around Adobe Creative Cloud, you’ll have more than a passing interest in layout and typography, and you’ll bring a good knowledge of production for print, digital platforms and interactive technologies.
A knowledge of video and basic video editing would be great too.
What’s also just as important to us are attention to detail, great communication skills, and an ability to work as part of a team to stay on top of some pretty demanding deadlines.
Additional information
In return, you’ll discover a brilliant working environment and an amazing team of people who’ll help you gain real industry experience with the kind of clients you never imagined you’d work with. What’s more, we’re also offering a competitive salary, Macbook, 25 days holiday, bonus scheme, private health insurance, season ticket loan, and all the personal and professional development you can eat.
We're based in a converted mill just 15 minutes' walk from Leeds city centre, and we operate hybrid/flexible working, so split our time between the office and working from home. And when we can we’ve an appetite for all things social, enjoying a little more than our fair share of work events, drinks, nights out, and away days, too.
