New research has revealed that only 1 in 10 people feel their employer encourages them to reach their full potential. Only 12% feel their talents are seen, appreciated and maximised.

If the vast majority of the workplace feel they’re not working at their full potential, it’s a huge waste of skills, energy and creativity.
