We’re a people communications business who believes that people come first but with a big side helping of insight to prove what we do works. We’re a friendly, straight-talking bunch of experts who blend creative ideas with good old-fashioned client service to put smiles on the faces of our household name clients. We’re on the look out for a super organised person to get involved and support on all kinds of projects as part of a small team.
Job Description
Supporting the Account Managers, Client Partner and the rest of the team, you’ll help to provide our fab clients with a brilliant experience day in, day out. Keeping everything ticking along smoothly, you’ll muck in and do your fair share of admin, you’ll roll your sleeves up and support on projects of all shapes and sizes, helping us to plan media campaigns, create careers websites and get involved in all things social media and lots more.
In fact, you’ll find yourself doing all sorts of interesting things. It’s fun and informal here (even as we work virtually), but we’re so passionate about what we do and how we do it – we can be pretty demanding too.
It can also get very busy at times, as projects, like buses, have a habit of all arriving at the same time. So, you’ll need to be well organised and calm under pressure with the ability to go from chatting to a client to proofreading an ad in the blink of an eye. We’re big on development (in an on the job kinda way), but we’ll also expect you to show plenty of initiative. Not to mention some creative flair and a commitment to getting to know our team and clients.
Qualifications
You don’t need experience of working in advertising or communications (it’d be nice but not a deal breaker) but you do need to be really structured, organised and work at pace. A keen interest in social media would also be helpful. You’ll be comfortable chatting to people on video chat, email and on the phone.
You should also be able to get to grips with a Mac, it’s our tool of choice alongside lots of cloud based applications like Google Drive.
So, let’s cut to the chase. If you want to keep busy, as part of a small team that will grow your skills – let’s chat.
