Soph’s out of town

You may or may not have heard the devastating news that our Soph has flown the Roost for 7 long weeks to travel around the States. To be brutally honest, we’re not sure what we’re going to do without her and while she’s definitely going to spend every waking moment missing Chatter (right Soph? Right? Right?!) we’re very excited that she’s having the time of her life, and we can’t wait to hear all about it when she’s back.

The Circus came to town

One sunny Friday morning down in London Town, the Innovation Circus landed and brought with it speakers from Google, Facebook, Broadbean and Unilad. So, we sent Fiona and Tom off for a day of chin-wagging alongside some of the most forward-thinking companies in the industry.

And despite Virgin Trains and the District Line conspiring to delay their arrivals, the guys spent the day deep in conversation about the future of AI in recruitment, how chatbots can be better used throughout the recruitment process, and how to really ramp up an employee advocacy programme (P.S., want a hot tip?
