We’re a people communications business who believes that people come first but with a big side helping of insight to prove what we do works. We’re a friendly, straight-talking bunch of experts who blend creative ideas with good old-fashioned client service to put smiles on the faces of our big name clients. We’re also a pretty exciting place to be right now - we’re growing fast and we’re busier than ever, which is why we’re looking for someone who can help deliver complex projects on time, on budget, and always beyond expectation.
Job Description
As Project Manager, you’ll work closely with all our internal teams to create plans, set out clear milestones, and make sure the right people are involved at the right time.
It’s all about multitasking, keeping a close eye on the detail, and co-ordinating lots of moving parts. Like we said, our project plans are often complex so it’s vital that we always know what to prioritise, how much to delegate, and who to keep informed of progress and updates.
You’ll also spend time building and nurturing relationships inside and outside of the agency, organising calls and meetings with stakeholders, and managing everyone’s expectations. All to make sure everything happens when it’s supposed to happen, and that our clients are continually wowed by our work.
What’s more, you’ll also have plenty of opportunities to be proactive about developing yourself - and helping others develop, too. You’ll build your knowledge and grow your experience with self-supported learning, you’ll attend industry events, and you’ll become an expert in our clients’ businesses, their competitors, and the industries they work in.
In other words, you won’t just be here to help us get it done for our clients: you’ll help make sure we continue building the kind of agency where we can all be our best - and do our best work.
Qualifications
Lots of of project management experience is essential, and you’ll ideally have an ad agency background to go with it. You’ll understand why it’s important to take ownership of your responsibilities, you’re a lateral thinker with a data driven mindset, and you won’t need too much support to jump in and get started right away.
You’ll also be able to use your initiative and think on your feet when things don’t go to plan - just as easily as you can collaborate as part of a busy and fast-paced team when everything’s running smoothly.
And, as a brilliant communicator, negotiator and mediator, with an ability to flex your style depending on who you’re dealing with, you’re the kind of person who always puts strong working relationships at the very top of your to-do list.
