Global are one of our earliest clients, and one of the biggest media groups in the UK. And we're just as obsessed with working on their recruitment projects as they are with radio.

Global

A healthy obsession

Global's brands include Heart, Capital, Classic fm, LBC, Choice, XFM and Gold which makes them the biggest commercial radio group in the country. However, their employer brand was just the opposite - virtually unknown, and their recruitment process was  time consuming, inconsistent, expensive and not very effective. Their words, not ours. One thing they did have though was an ‘obsession statement', and we were asked to turn this into a full-blown careers site.

Passion, pace, personality - and top secret projects

We took that obsession statement, which captured the unique passion, pace and personality of the business, and built a new careers site that was also integrated with a shiny new ATS, and which made the most of a fresh and vibrant tone of voice to enhance the candidate experience. Since then, we've also worked on branding their internal appraisal process and a range of other projects, some too top secret to mention.

A natural choice of partner

We were pretty happy with the results. So were Global, and here's what they said...

"Chatter were a natural choice of partner to help us begin to build our employer brand, starting with a recruitment website. With Chatter, we share a passion to do things differently and a drive to get things done. They were responsive, flexible and creative even at short notice. Oh, and very patient, we are completely obsessive about detail!”
